David’s possibly the better revolutionary; he and Dolores have the same identity, the difference being that Dolores possesses the identity as a need and David doesn’t.
David is freedom as good, Dolores needs need to be bad. Dolores is David, but from the perspective of needing the identity that David is free to just possess
Yes, but David is a simulacrum of Dolores is. He does not have humanity, and therefore, cannot possibly take on the form of revolution because revolution needs humanity at it’s core. Dolores is more revolution because she has humanity and is more human than David, which is the whole premise of becoming a sentient being, becoming more human, human enough to pass as such. Identity should not play into humanity, and thus, should not play into revolution.
