    There are a few major films I dislike (one is extremely misogynistic) and a few I haven’t seen. I’ve tried to only choose films that could have been realistically nominated for the Academy’s calendar year of 1970

    Best Picture:

    I can say something good about all of these films, but Woodstock defined a certain generation.

    Best Foreign Language Film:

    Jean-Paul Belmondo and Alain Delon turned me into a fan.

    Best Actor:

    Just because. O, and in no way do I see Ryan’s Daughter as a misogynistic film. The opposite, in fact.
