Was batman v superman a bad movie, good movie, or just was another super heroe movie.

Perhaps the seriousness that DC try to demonstrate , along with a deep script , got out of their hands in his attempt to do something very different from what Marvel has done. And they try to put a very broad background with only a movie made .

My point of view was a good movie, I like that the movie is more serious with fewer comedy since they are in Marvel’s movies and what more I like me he was Ben Affleck.

Bad movie. Affleck and Gadot were good, but Snyder got so much wrong.

I’m voting for it for every Razzie category it’s listed under on my nominating ballot.

Worst movie I’ve seen this year that isn’t Gods of Egypt.

It was by every account a bad movie and a bad superhero movie. Luckily Affleck and Cavill were both skilled enough actors to rise above the mediocre material. Godot was fine but had so little to do.

Precisely why I don’t have any respect for the Razzies anymore. People who haven’t seen all of the movies already deciding what to vote for, even if they already say another movie is worse.

Personally, I thought it was a disappointment with a few good aspects. It came far too early in the “extended universe” and crammed about 8 movie’s worth of good material into 2 and a half hours. Affleck is always good, Cavill held together, and most of Batman’s personal fight scenes were well done.

I still believe that DC shouldn’t try to imitate Marvel’s extended universe. Do what Christopher Nolan did. Make a good solo movie or trilogy, then move on to another unconnected series and reboot in a decade or so. Don’t play “catch-up” with Marvel.

LOL I “decided” to vote for Batman v. Superman… until I saw Gods of Egypt. I am completely open to any movie, and I if I see a movie later this year I think is worse than GoE, then I’ll vote for that one instead.

I think it was really working until the third act, which felt almost as rushed as the climax of Fant4stic. The inclusion of Doomsday in particular felt like one of the worst decisions in recent memory.

To be perfectly honest here, the ensemble was very good in a very terrible, God-awful film. The only Razzie-worthy performance was Eisenberg’s who has played the same nerdy, fast-speaker, smart-ass character like in EVERY GODDAM MOVIE (he is so limited), but this time he was just shitty and his performance didn’t work at all.
