An avid animation fan myself, I thought I would do something a little different than what most people are doing. People are releasing their own film awards for all films in general, myself included in the near future, but I decided to have these awards just be eligible for animated features.

It wasn’t the strongest year this year, but I managed to find enough contenders in all these categories to justify having an awards ceremony. Tell me what you thought about my awards, the concept or nominations below. Comments are always welcome!

    1. You did not like The Croods much,  did ya? No mentions in Picture, Directing & Writing and especially Character Design. (Breaks my heart!).

    2. You LOVE Frozen it seems (way too much if you ask me). But ya, that’s just me.

    3. Great awards lineup in general.

    4. Can we vote? Where do we vote? How? When?

The Croods is present in 8 categories, it seems like he liked it. I would guess that it was the sixth choice in Picture.

I actually hated The Croods. But in such a weak year, I had no choice to give it some nods. It is a beautiful-looking film.

Sure, you can vote. Just send me a PM with your choices for the winners. If I don’t get enough, I will just choose my choices. By the way: I did really like Frozen, and really disliked The Croods.
