    1. Up
    2. Toy Story 3
    3. Toy Story
    4. Ratatouille
    5. Toy Story 2
    6. The Incredibles
    7. Finding Nemo
    8. A Bug’s Life
    9. Monsters, Inc.
    10. Wall•E

The thing about Up is that while that opening montage is probably my favourite piece of cinema ever and there are a couple of good scenes in the middle and at the end, most of the film is a stupid kids’ movie about talking dogs.  Same with Toy Story 3: moments of brilliance in a largely unremarkable story.

    1. Up (and NOT just because of the opening sequence. it’s an amazing movie overall.)
    2. Ratatouille
    3. Monsters Inc. (so underrated)
    4. Finding Nemo
    5. Toy Story 2 (this movie was huge when it first came out)
    6. Toy Story 3 (i can’t imagine kids liking the movie much, but i love it nonetheless)

    7. The Incredibles (if pixar must make sequels, why not do one of this movie? the ending certainly allowed for that)
    8. Wall-E (overrated imo)
    9. Toy Story (even when i was a little kid, i didn’t care much for this movie)

    10. Bug’s Life (dislike this movie, forgettable…Antz isn’t much better either)

Haven’t seen Brave yet. I also haven’t seen Cars or Cars 2…but I don’t think I’d like them.

    1. Up: I saw it with my girlfriend at the time and I started balling right in front of her. She broke up with me soon after (I assume because of my emotional breakdown), but it was fucking worth it because the movie was just that amazing.
    2. Toy Story 3
    3. Toy Story 2
    4. Monsters Inc: Criminally underrated and soooooo better than Shrek IMO.
    5. Finding Nemo
    6. WALL-E
    7. Ratatouille: Peter O’Toole deserved an Oscar nod.
    8. The Incredibles: It hurts me inside ranking it so low.
    9. Toy Story
    10. Brave: Far from a masterpiece, but its visually breathtaking.
    11. A Bugs Life
    12. Cars
    13. Cars 2: Lets just forget it ever happened. Please. I’m begging you.

    11. Cars- still a good movie but definitely in last place. It didn’t have the emotional spark and great story of all the other pixar movies.

Other than Cars, I love all pixar movies almost equally. Very hard to rank them!

    Ratatouille
Despite its Oscar win and box office, this just doesn’t seem to get the focus and attention it deserves when people discuss Pixar. It’s handsdown my favorite of any Pixar or animated film. I was absolutely stunned when I left the theater the night I watched it.

I’m looking forward to seeing Brave one day this week.

I also want to mention that I hope Pixar learned a lesson with Cars 2. This studio is too good for sequels unless they’re done extremely right (i.e. Toy Story). Keep the original work coming and don’t bother revisiting these characters…Especially the worse film of all the Pixar’s (Cars).

“most of the film is a stupid kids’ movie about talking dogs. “

Hey, those dogs are the ancestors of Clifford Simak’s “City”.

Up simply for the opening sequence. That probably is the greatest opening sequence in a movie.

    Wall-E is second.

    Top 3:

    1. Up (And NOT just for the opening sequence.  I genuinely think it’s the best overall movie.)
    2. Finding Nemo (Ellen Degeneres deserved an Oscar nomination)
    3. Wall-E
