    If you could give away Ten Oscars , to anyone for acting who hasn’t won one an Oscar who would it be and for what role. and for the sake of the conversation lets say they have to be alive also.

    never saw Mulholland drive or mother and child

    She is great in Funny games, Painted Veil, Impossible ,
    ok in Ring , St Vincent , Eastern promises and 21 grams

    if you had to pick one film she should win for what would it be ?

    That’s like a Sophie’s choice situation :/

    I think her best performance is The Impossible but Mulholland Drive is such a magnum opus that she’s always going to be known for so I guess Mulholland Drive

    That’s how I feel about The Painted Veil, that it’s her best imo while Mulholland Drive is her iconic crowning achievement. That’s kind of how I feel about Marion Cotillard with Rust and Bone versus La Vie en Rose too, but it also just sounds like I’m being a nonconformist (wink) so maybe I should just stick with Mulholland Drive and La Vie en Rose being their best idk lol.

    Watts has never come close to touching ‘Mulholland’ in performance or in the overall quality of the film. After that, Mother and Child and 21 Grams are my favorites.
