Let’s say they decided to extend the nominee list up to 10 nominees just like Best picture for each of the acting races (God forbid), who would have made the list? Based on this year’s award traction. Also, would the supposed “category frauds” have made the list or would they have stayed in supporting?

    DDL – Lincoln
    Joaquin Phoenix – The Master
    Bradley Cooper – SLP
    Hugh Jackman – Les Miz
    Denzel Washington – Flight
    John Hawkes – The Sessions
    Jack Black – Bernie
    Bill Murray – HPOH

    Jennifer Lawrence – SLP
    Jessica Chastain – ZDT
    Emmanuelle Riva – Amour
    Quezahabeaiejsjdao Wallis – BOSW
    Naomi Watts – The Impossible
    Helen Mirren – Hitchcock
Marion Cotillard – Rust and Bone
Rachel Weiz – Deep Blue Ocean

    Hmm…only 8 each. Anyone else?

    Naomi Watts – The Impossible
    Helen Mirren – Hitchcock
Marion Cotillard – Rust and Bone
