I was looking at Alejandro González Iñárritu’s filmography today and all of his movies were nominated for at least one Oscar.
    Academy obviously loves him.

Do you know about some other director who has accomplished this?

Yes well, Benjamin Affleck did it with his three films:

    Gone Baby Gone: Amy Ryan

    The Town: Jeremy Renner

    and of course, Argo.

Bennett Miller has if you do not count his 1998 documentary The Cruise, which I did not know existed until doing some research just now. But then you have:

    Capote (5 nominations, 1 win)
    Moneyball (6 nominations)
    Foxcatcher (5 nominations)

Stephen Daldry had all of his movies nominated for either BP or Director until he failed to get Trash a nomination this year.

Pete Docter received nominations for all his feature films, as well as for his short film Mike’s New Car. In addition, all of his films have won at least one Oscar (and Inside Out will probably win one too).

Monsters, Inc. (4 nominations, 1 win)
    Up (5 nominations, 2 wins)
Inside Out (2 nominations, pending wins)

Not true.  Neither PUNCH DRUNK LOVE nor HARD EIGHT were Oscar nominated.

Barbra Streisand has directed 3 theatrical features and all have been Oscar-nominated.

And Robert Redford’s first 5 films he directed all received Oscar noms–itself an achievement that few have accomplished.
