Moore died today at the age of 89 following a short battle with cancer. He appeared in seven Bond films, including one of the best, The Spy Who Loved Me. (Also in a couple of the worst, but we’ll let that go now. Still a lot of fond memories.)
He also was involved in a classic Oscar moment. He was the presenter along with Liv Ullman when Sacheen Little Feather turned down Marlon Brando’s Oscar for The Godfather.
I always liked his baffled expression when she waves him away as he tries to hand her the trophy.
RIP Roger Moore “Bond, James Bond.” For 7 films, he was Agent 007 for an entire generation. 🙁
R.I.P That legendary mothafucker. He made 007 his own, and is an inspiration in my life for sure.
