    My mother wanted to
    watch The Twilight Saga Franchise”
with me and yesterday, we finally finished.

Like everyone else I hated most of it. The first installment was moody and
fine, but in my opinion the second, the third and especially the fourth were among
    the worst movies ever made.

Then we watched the last episode. I was shocked how good it was. I mean not “The
Godfather” type of good, but good enough for me to enjoy. It was dynamic, well-thought
(Alice’s vision – brilliant) and kinda emotional too. I’m so shocked and surpised that this was the episode
which won all those Razzies (Worst Picture, Worst Actress – Stewart, Worst
Supporting Actor – Lautner…etc) when actually this was the first ever episode
where nothing really annoyed me. I mean not even Taylor Lautner’s performance. And
the dreadful Razzies nominated even Ashley Greene, who played, in my opinion the
sweetest, and most loveable character in the entire Franchise. I’m very disappointed
by their choices and it is a perfect example how terrible and worthless the
    Razzies are.

    What do you think of
the last chapter of “The Twilight Saga Franchise”? Was it actually ‘okay’ comparing to the other chapters?

    Loved this scene:

I only saw the first one (the first half  of it was really good actually but then it got cheesy and boring… tolerable film overall). The third one was awful and I never got close to a movie of that saga ever again. Just watched that clip… Its corniness reminded me of how much I dislike this whole franchise. I believe Robert Pattinson is the only redeeming quality of the saga but the character is hella annoying.

Different strokes for different folks I guess 🙂

I’ve never seen any of the “Twilight” movies, but I tihnk the finale swept the Razzies for a couple of reasons:

    (1) It was the “Return of the King” of the Razzies. A widely ridiculed franchise that had never won the top prize until the end, and then everyone voted for it, I suspect, to express their disdain for the entire franchise even though the consensus was that the finale was one of the better installments. Actually, I believe the “Twilight” finale was the best reviewed Worst Picture in history.

    (2) It was a bad year for bad movies. That is to say, there were no spectacular bombs or high-profile punching bags that year as big as “Love Guru,” “Jack and Jill,” “Movie 43,” etc. And just look at the bounty the following year, when voters could not only pounce on “Movie 43” but also “After Earth: and “The Lone Ranger.” If the “Twilight” finale had come out a year later, I don’t think it would have “won.”

Yeah I kinda see it, guys. People were so disappointed by the first few films that they are never made it to the last one.

Yes, I feel the same way. Thank you, Daniel!

I watched the first one a couple years ago. I didn’t like the story enough to continue, but I thought the visuals and music were good.
