I have too many that I’ve yet to see before I bother making a list (‘Inside Llewyn Davis’, ‘American Hustle’, ‘Saving Mr. Banks’, ‘The Wind Rises’, ‘Her’, ‘Nebraska’, ‘All Is Lost’, ‘Out of the Furnace’, ‘August: Osage County’, ‘Dallas Buyer’s Club’, ‘Blue Is The Warmest Color’, ‘Philomena’, ‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’, ‘The Hunt’, ‘Short Term 12’, ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’, not to mention countless other docs and foreign films).

I’ll use this to hold my place until I see more (I’ll be seeing ‘Saving Mr. Banks’, ‘American Hustle’, ‘Out of the Furnace’, ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’, ‘The Hunt’, ‘The Act of Killing’, ‘Blackfish’, ‘August: Osage County’, ‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’, ‘Inside Llewyn Davis’, and ‘Her’ sometime within the next 2 weeks).

    EDIT:

I suppose I can put what my 10 faves are so far this year:

    In alphabetical order:

    ’12 Years a Slave’
    ‘Captain Phillips’
    ‘Frozen’
    ‘Fruitvale Station’
    ‘Gravity’
    ‘Much Ado About Nothing’
    ‘The Place Beyond The Pines’
    ‘Rush’
    ‘The Spectacular Now’
    ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’
