In 2009, the Academy re-introduced the idea of 10 Oscar nominees for Best Picture. Two years later, it was decided that there would be between 5-10 Best Picture nominees based on how voting goes.
Personally, I think they should just stick with 10 because at the end of every year, critics post their Top 10 Best Films of the Year.
In any case, if there were still 10 nominees for Best Picture, which films do you think would’ve been nominated.

I think that 5 nominees were much better. The nomination itself was a huge honor and there was a real competition for those 5 spots, while now it’s just a list of the best films of the year like everyone else do.
