Who is going to receive the honor at the 20th SAG Awards next year?

Wikipedia says it is Stephen Kennedy – which I highly doubt as he is apparently a Northern Irish actor who mainly does theatre. Can anyone verify if it is indeed him?

Somebody scammed Wikipedia it would seem.

Clint Eastwood is an obvious choice.

I’d like to see Harry Dean Stanton personally.

They will not even meet to decide this until August/September. It is almost always a rotation between men and women, so with Dick Van Dyke receiving it this year, an actress would be very likely for 2014. One who has a history of humanatarian/charitable efforts.

Living women who have already received this are:

    Julie Andrews
    Ruby Dee
    Nanette Fabray
    Angela Lansbury
    Mary Tyler Moore
    Shirley Temple
    Betty White
    Joanne Woodward

The field is certainly wide open.

The most obvious names to me would be:
    Lauren Bacall
    Carol Burnett
    Diahann Carroll
    Olivia de Havilland
    Sally Field
    Jane Fonda
    Diane Keaton
    Cloris Leachman
    Shirley MacLaine
    Meryl Streep
    Barbra Streisand
    Lily Tomlin

Not until his late 60s or 70s. They don’t give these out any younger than that anymore.
