Tiffany Haddish & Maya Rudolph (if they don’t have a film written for them beforehand)

i also think they should only have Oscar winning presenters and just have them give an anecdote about their past work in film and no silly banter for people who cant do it ..

Kate McKinnon, which probably won’t happen as long as the Oscars are on ABC and she’s on NBC’s SNL.March 5, 2018 at 4:32 pm #1202507854
The perfect mix of humour and class, done fantastic hosting shows before, recognisable name and she’s already an ABC personality so no conflicting issues there.March 5, 2018 at 9:41 pm #1202507968
Ricky Gervais. This virtue signaling echo chamber needs a guy like him to call their hypocrisy out.March 5, 2018 at 9:51 pm #1202507976
Every time that Kumail was on the screen last night he owned it. Rudolph and Haddish were also great, but Kumail was a highlight of the entire night for me. If Kumail hosted, the academy would show their diversity with what I believe would be the first Asian host and actually make the political commentary funny unlike Kimmel.
