I think it could be…
Arrival for Best Director
Ryan Gosling/Andrew Garfield for Actor
Mahershala Ali for Sup. Actor
Arrival for Screenplay
amongst others (I will come up with more once I think of them)January 21, 2017 at 1:56 pm #1201992027
Arrival for Picture and Director. Lol @ Ali being an option for a snub.January 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm #1201992030
Out of those listed by the OP, only the first one seems plausible to me.
Amy Adams in Arrival (though I doubt it)
Fences & Nocturnal Animals for Adapted Screenplay
Lucas Hedges in Manchester by the Sea
Jackie for Production Design & Costume Design
I haven’t watched 13th yet, but does anyone think it could be at a disadvantage against OJ and I Am Not Your Negro?

Because of the subject matter? It shouldn’t be but I dont think so.January 21, 2017 at 2:16 pm #1201992042
It will happen in Best Actress category for most people but I am not sure as to who it is yet.January 21, 2017 at 2:21 pm #1201992047
Arrival in director/editing/cinematographyJanuary 21, 2017 at 2:58 pm #1201992056
I think these people can be snubbed:
Ryan Gosling / Andrew Garfield / Vigo Mortensen
Lucas Hedges (easy call), Jeff Bridges, Hugh Grant
Kenneth Lonergan (Director)
13th (because the Doc branch loves to work that way)
OJ Made in America (easy to predict considering the “is/was a tv show” controversy)
Even though they look super safe in 4th and 5th place:
Hell or High Water (BP)
And finally, I still have Meryl Streep missing. Just like people think she’ll get in because of the speech, I predict that this once not so big snub, will be labeled as such just because of the speech.

I’ve been thinking Moana or Red Turtle may miss for Your Name
Hacksaw Ridge underperforms in techs a la The Martian
Fences underperforms missing screenplay and pic
Hell or High water misses BPJanuary 21, 2017 at 3:50 pm #1201992088
Praying to the old gods and the new ones that Denzel Washington get snubbed for overacting his ass out of Fences.January 21, 2017 at 3:56 pm #1201992095
Andrew Garfield in Best Actor for either performance.January 21, 2017 at 5:09 pm #1201992111
Meryl Streep, Hugh Grant, Octavia spencer, Nicole Kidman, and maybe Viggio Mortenson.January 21, 2017 at 5:39 pm #1201992115
LLL for Costume Design
LLL for Editing
Moana for Song
Moana for Animation
Moonlight for EditingJanuary 21, 2017 at 5:43 pm #1201992118
Apart from Portman/Stone/Affleck/Ali/Patel/Davis/Harris, no one has a position in the acting categories close to a lock, so you couldn’t classify a Hedges snub a ‘big’ snub. Obviously some are more likely than others but there are a lot of options the Academy could go with. I actually don’t think Kidman is really in danger, but if she didn’t get in it wouldn’t strike anyone as a ‘big’ snub.
