    Winslet is too young for this thread. She has some awards bait vehicles for this year. She should be fine if any of them are usable for her.

    How about Meryl Streep after she won for the Iron Lady (August Osage County, Into the Woods) and Jeff Bridges for Crazy Heart (True Grit)?
    I guess Julianne Moore will very probably be nominated for Freeheld next year as it is a baity role

    Henry Fonda doesn’t really count because he died a few months after. 

    It was still very much a career oscar. I think it would have likely been his last regardless.
