Recently asked the question ‘If you could produce a biographical film based on any person, who would it be and who would you cast in the main role?’
I then got an answer from user ‘Prideful’, they stated a movie based on Hillary Clinton and with Annette Bening portraying Hillary. This got me thinking due to the fact I always thought that Meryl Streep would be best at being Hillary but now that I think about it, Annette would be amazing as well.
So, who is your dream portrayal?
Also I recommend users to follow up on peoples answers and give their opinion and if they think there is someone else who would be better suited to the role.February 20, 2017 at 4:04 pm #1202016896
i think Meryl Streep is too obvious a choice, and actually if they made a biopic about Hillary Clinton’s life, i’d like to see them cast actresses in different age ranges to play Hillary in different parts of her life; and my ultimate choice would be Glenn Close for current-day Hillary.February 20, 2017 at 4:09 pm #1202016899
Haha thanks for the shoutout 🙂 guess I can explain my rationale.
I always heard some small rumors/talks about Annette being a b–tch to work with, and that haircut/personality/smile she had in American Beauty, reminded me of Hillary. Waiting for the Hillary version of that breakdown crying scene Annette had in American Beauty.
I think eventually there will be a movie about Hillary either about her presidential run(s) or her time as the First Lady. Meryl is around Hillary’s age, but I do not see much physical resemblance between them. I can’t really think of any other actress who could pull off looking like Hillary to be honest, even Annette is a stretch, but you gotta start somewhere.February 20, 2017 at 4:12 pm #1202016903
My dream portrayal would be Natalie Portman as Audrey HepburnFebruary 20, 2017 at 4:15 pm #1202016905

That would be amazing if they done different ages, I would love to see Jessica Chastain as 90’s Hillary. Hillary actually looked youthful when she was in her 50’s and if you put a blonde wig on Chastain she would look the part.February 20, 2017 at 4:19 pm #1202016906
If Jessica pull’s her acting/debating skills from Miss Sloane into this movie, I am here for it. Although to be honest, I don’t think Jessica looks anything like Hillary.February 20, 2017 at 4:58 pm #1202016932
My dream is Rosamund Pike as Grace Kelly in a better biopic and then she can win her Oscar. I’m dying for this.February 20, 2017 at 5:13 pm #1202016952

THIS. Could you imagine scenes of her remaking Dial M for Murder? Ahhh. I had also heard about a year and a half ago she was the frontrunner for a Vivien Leigh biopic, wonder what happened to that.February 20, 2017 at 5:16 pm #1202016955
Jennifer Jason Leigh as Janis Joplin. Michelle Williams was a terrible casting choice, she literally looks nothing like her. I know JJL is a lot older than Joplin when she died, but they have so many facial similarities I think she could pull it off.February 20, 2017 at 5:22 pm #1202016960
Although Natalie was bloody magnificent as Jackie O, I would have loved to see Rachel Weisz playing her. We were very close to it if Rachel and Darren didn’t split.February 20, 2017 at 5:34 pm #1202016967
Rooney Mara or Lily Collins for a young Audrey Hepburn, Audrey Tatou or Natalie Portman for an older Hepburn, Winona Ryder for a much older Hepburn.
January Jones for Grace Kelly.
Ivana Millicevic for a younger Donatella Versace.
Scarlett Johnasson as Marylin Monroe.
Keira Knightely as Cate Middleton.
Tammy McIntosh as Katharine Hepburn.
Rebecca Ferguson = Ingrid BergmanFebruary 20, 2017 at 5:37 pm #1202016969
Andre Holland as PrinceFebruary 20, 2017 at 5:58 pm #1202016975
