With the last Oscars, one user made a thread to broadcast their outlandish claims about the Oscar race. I cannot remember who it was, but I do remember that it was absolutely hilarious to read.
To that end, I thought I’d set up the thread for people to post their no holds barred statements about this upcoming Oscar season. Who will and who won’t make it in shockingly. Maybe don’t go as personal and call everyone else idiots for disagreeing with you, as the user did last year.September 6, 2015 at 2:23 pm #194036
Here is my outrageous claim – to get Don Cheadle, Joaquim De Almeida and Miranda Hart added to the predictions centre, because I believe that Cheadle will be our winner, and De Almeida is looking very good for a nomination (and we’re honestly predicting Michael Keaton to get in, honestly?) and Miranda Hart deserves to be in the predictions centre for Spy.September 6, 2015 at 2:28 pm #194037

A win for Brie Larson in Best Actress. Up until recently, I’ve also had Rose Byrne at the top of my predictions for Best Supporting Actress, but it’s looking less likely as the days pass.September 6, 2015 at 3:19 pm #194039
