They are back!!!! Presenting the 2nd annual SMART Music Awards. These are my personal awards honoring the best in music for the eligibility period.

My eligibility period is the same as the Grammy awards (October 1st, 2012 – September 30th, 2013). In some cases, a song may have been released before the eligibility period, but it would still be nominated here. However, I will go by when it first charted.
