They are all very worthy nominees, however I think it will go to Bowie’s swan-song.

Yeah, I think is probably the best category this year as far as number of quality nominees. All of them would be deserving winners. With that being said, I think Bowie will take. NARAS will want to honor the late musician for his final work.

This is one of the categories that I feel could go a few ways. It is a great opportunity to honor Bowie’s swan song to acknowledge a long career.

On the other hand, this category has two past winners, Bon Iver who won in 2012 and Radiohead who have won this award three times, interestingly enough, those three times they won this category was when they were also nominated for AOTY. If Bowie comes up short here, I think Radiohead could get their win here.

Furthermore, the dark horse for me in this category would be PJ Harvey because she has been nominated in this category before, it has been a long time since she was nominated and also the past two winners in this category have gone to women, last year’s winners Alabama Shakes with Brittany Howard as the lead singer and the year before to St. Vincent (I predicted her to pull an upset against favorite Jack White’s Lazaretto) and though my choice was left field and she won and one of my favorite predictions I have made on Goldderby.

Long story short, I still think Bowie will come out on top, however, I wouldn’t be too surprised to see Radiohead pull a win here.

I want PJ Harvey to win this!!!!, such a great category, but I guess it’s between Radiohead and David Bowie.

I LOVE this category. Add Bey and Adele for their commercialism instead of Iggy Pop and PJ and this should’ve been the AOTY lineup.

    Should win: Bon Iver

    Could win: Bon Iver

    Will win: David Bowie

I really don’t see Radiohead taking this tbh

Iggy Pop have no chance. PJ Harvey always gets nominated, but never wins. Bon Iver dissed the Grammys a few years ago despite winning here previously. Watch out for Radiohead. They’ve won this category three times. However, there may be a lot of sentiment for David Bowie. He’s only won one Grammy. Look for Bowie’s name as the winner.

    SHOULD WIN: David Bowie, Blackstar
    WILL WIN: David Bowie, Blackstar
