It’s not a proper answer, I know and I’m sorry for that, but here are some of favourites albums of the year so far related to the electronic field (not sure that all of them apply to these category, though); maybe one or two of them have a small chance?

    – The ship, Brian Eno (but it probably belongs to another category)
    – Self Mythology, Lucy
    – Ultimate care II, Matmos
    – Good luck and do your best, Gold Panda
    – Shred, Skee Mask
    – Hopelessness, Anonhi

I haven’t even listed some others ’cause they definitely have no possibilities. Maybe Anonhi is the least unlikely to get a nomination?

James Blake, if he applies to these categories, probably has an undeserved chance.
Also, I haven’t listen to Autechre’s 5-hours-long work yet, but again, it must be a long shot to say the least.

In my opinion, Australian producer Flume has had a successful album (Skin) and song (Never Be Like You, #24 on Billboard), so I think he’ll probably get in.

I think the only two of those getting in are
    Hopelessness by Anonhi
The Ship by Brian Eno (even tho he may fit better in the Alternative categories.

It depends if her song gets classified as Pop or Electronic, but if it Electronic she has chances of getting in.

I still don’t understand how Justin Bieber won this category earlier this year. He doesn’t deserve a Grammy Award now or ever. The fact that he now has one makes me mad. He better not win more Grammys than my all time favorite singer Peter Gabriel.

I Took a Pill in Ibiza will win Best Remixed Recording hands down.

Album is up in the air.

Recording could go to This is What You Came for or I Wanna Know by Alesso.

the good thing is that we have Adele now to kick his butt on every category at the pop field

the bad thing is that he’s very likely getting another nomination on the electronic/dance field with ‘Cold Water’ or ‘Let Me Love You’, so he still has chances to win a Grammy next year

    -Best Electronic/Dance Album – Encore
-Best Remixed Recording – I took i Pill in Ibiza

Honestly I don’t see Encore getting it, it has had bad reviews, anyway the nominees will proably be:

    Skin by Flume
    Generationwhy by ZHU
    WHATEVER CALIN RELEASES
    Hopelessness by Anonhi
    Cloud Nine by Kygo

Haven’t heard any of these albums except for Anonhi’s. Are they any good?

There is a certain influential disc jockey in LA, who is also a Grammy voter in this category, and since May, he has been pushing Kaytranada for Best Dance Album, in a roundabout sort of way. The album is titled 99.9%.

What do you think will get nominated for the Electronic/Dance categories:

    -Best Dance Recording
    -Best Electronic/Dance Album
    -Best Remixed Recording

    Leave your opinions below!

    -Best Dance Recording
The Chainsmokers & Halsey – “Closer” (This category goes for the pop hit. It will go to something by either The Chainsmokers or DJ Snake. Could also go to Flume, as the entire field likes to be a sweep. I’m doubtful on Calvin Harris as he’s been snubbed for the past 2 years in a row.)

    -Best Electronic/Dance Album
Flume – “Skin” (Flume has been a critic’s favorite for years. The fact that he has an actual crossover hit is enough to seal the deal for him.)

    -Best Remixed Recording
Kaskade – Alicia Keys’ “In Common” (He’s been nominated the past 3 years in a row. They’re going to give him something eventually, and this would be deserving.)
I’m predicting a Dillon Francis remix to be nominated, most likely for “This Is What You Came For”, those his remix of Disclosure’s “Omen” (released in December 2015) is a much better recording.
