I don’t think there is an existing thread to do with this, but I thought I would start a thread for us all to share the brand new music we are loving, and the newest songs you think everyone should be listening to!

Some new songs from the past couple of weeks to look out for:
Duke Dumont – Ocean Drive – a bit slower in pace to what we are used to with Duke Dumont, but brilliant nonetheless.
CHVRCHES – Never Ending Circles – fans of the band’s first album won’t be disappointed with this new track from their second upcoming album!
FKA Twigs – In Time – a first listen to new music from one very exciting artist
Rudimental (featuring Will Heard) – I Will For Love – anyone who has caught any of their sets from this year’s festival season may have heard this one being played live. Here it is in it’s studio version glory. Fantastic sound to keep the summer stretching as long as possible.
HURTS – Lights – Hurts are back! More pop-driven than we are used to with them, but definitely worth a listen.
Hailee Steinfeld – Love Myself – Not content with taking on the box office with her vocals, now the Oscar nominee is becoming a fully fledged popstar. And it’s a rather good pop song to begin a career on!
Watermat, Becky Hill & TAI – All My Love – If you like Becky Hill’s vocals on her collaborations with Wilkinson and Oliver Heldens, or on solo material such as Losing (HUGELY UNDER-RATED TUNE), then you’re in for a treat with this!August 17, 2015 at 1:47 pm #411960
Songs I’ve been ALL about lately:
“Impossible” – Lion Babe
“How To Waste a Moment” – James Vincent McMorrow
“New Americana” – Halsey
“Gorgeous” – X Ambassadors
“Body on Me” – Rita Ora
“High by the Beach” – Lana Del Rey
“Ocean Drive” – Duke Dumont
“Nothing Left” – KygoAugust 19, 2015 at 4:31 pm #411961
Only heard it a couple of times, but that Hailee Steinfeld track is an absolute MONSTER of a pop song. Brilliant stuff.August 20, 2015 at 9:34 am #411963
Not a fan of it musically, but I like the message!August 20, 2015 at 9:53 am #411964
Yeah, it’s like the (excuse the juxtaposition) contradictory companion to All About That Bass.
The companion in terms of core message, of loving who you are, being proud of it.
But it does it in a much more positive way, contradicting All About a The Bass’ message about needing to be proud in order to please others (in that case men) – boys like a little more booty to hold at night, compared to I love me, and I love myself, no I don’t need anybody else.August 20, 2015 at 10:26 am #411965

One of my favorite artists, singer/songwriter Jon McLaughlin (who, sadly, has yet to earn a single Grammy nomination when he should already have multiple noms/wins for his amazing work spanning an entire decade), released two incredible singles from his upcoming new album, LIKE US, out October 9!
