Here’s a link to Demi Lovato performing Lil Wayne’s “How To Love”. It shows what the song would sound like if it were actually sung well, lol. She messes up a little bit, but she sounds great. Cool cover.October 11, 2011 at 8:43 pm #374236
DAMN!!! That was incredible, that song should have been hers, it would have been MASSIVE. <3 this girl, so much talent. Her album is great too. Just picked it up last week.October 11, 2011 at 9:09 pm #374237
Yeah, I’m actually really digging this cover. I wish she’d record a proper version.October 11, 2011 at 10:16 pm #374238
^^Agree 100%. I love what she did with this cover, this girl has got some real soul in her and I really appreciate that. She puts the other Disney girls to shame, yet, they are more popular and successful….typical.October 11, 2011 at 10:48 pm #374239
^Yeah, I think she’s definitely the best vocalist of the Disney singers, and the most talented and down to Earth of them as well.August 21, 2012 at 3:19 pm #374240
i think Demi Lovoto is a great singerMay 5, 2013 at 9:17 pm #374241

The album is really good. Very POP but overall im satisfiedMay 7, 2013 at 10:04 am #374244
I’m a huge Demi fan, so I’ve been listening to the album since the leak started yesterday. It seemed like Demi broke through to radio with Skyscraper and (especially) Give Your Heart a Break, and that momentum continued with Heart Attack, the lead single from this album. If anything, this album should keep her a presence on mainstream radio, if not make her an even bigger name. Like AndMore said above, it is very pop, but it’s good. She’s good guaranteed hits on there like the next single Made in the USA. There’s definitely the personal stuff on here which works very well including In Case and Shouldn’t Come Back, but the typical pop fare like Really Don’t Care and Something That We’re Not is solid. I think most people will agree that this is her best album thus far, and I think as a whole, it definitely is. It’ll be interesting to see if radio picks up on these songs.May 7, 2013 at 2:11 pm #374245
Eventhough I am a Demi Fan. I do kinda agree with this review. For her fourth album I expected a little more growth especially in the upbeat songs (“Made in the USA”, “Neon Lights”, and “Fire Starter”) all sound like rehashes from Don’t Forget and Here We Go Again. I do love “In Case” and “Warrior”, Demi’s ballads are always the best.May 8, 2013 at 7:33 pm #374246
I don’t see any HWGA or DF in it at all- those were pop/rock this is Pop. Definately a step forward. You see the comments in that article. Everybody disagrees. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Anyways, this album keeps getting better with every listen!May 14, 2013 at 3:23 pm #374247
The album is out today! Got my copy! Now go get yours!September 9, 2015 at 9:20 pm #374248
Demi Lovato is getting some chart success with “Cool For The Summer” (currently #11 on the Billboard Hot 100 after her VMA performance), which is the lead single off of her next album ‘Confident’. She’ll also be performing on SNL Oct. 17th with host Tracy Morgan.
She also just did a really great cover of Hozier’s “Take Me To Church” for BBC Radio1- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZpmWZtoRfosSeptember 13, 2015 at 10:37 pm #374249
This era is proving that Demi is a more talented version of Katy Perry. Same bubblegum fluff but with a better voice.
Her voice is way better than Selena Gomez too. I think it’s hilarious how they both are trying to outsex each other. It reminds me of Xtina & Britney during their “Dirrty”/ “I’m a Slave 4 U” days.
