My Music awards are different from the Grammys. I never liked the whole “Record of the Year” or “Song of the Year” award business, my awards are more along the lines of the Oscars or the Golden Globes than they are the Grammys. I hope that people like the placements of my awards.

There can be in between five to seven nominees in each field.

Don’t forget to check out the Grammy nominations on Dec. 6th.

So, without any further ado, here are my choices for the best of music for 2013.

This is a cool idea. Just 2 problems 22 isn’t a country song and Cups is a old as dirt like really old it’s actually a Cover song. In the GF you just have Pop songs it seems that if this was how the Grammys operated there would more songs like Merry Go Round and Ain’t it fun. Really Really Cool Idea though. Also Austin Mahone isn’t gonna get much love at the Grammys.

I realize Mahone has no hope, but I like him and think he’s talented. Those nominations are just holdovers until I get more deserving nominations in. Check back every now and again, I may change some stuff up.
