I don’t think Bieber will ever create an album better than Purpose. I think he reached his peak and the decade is almost over. I don’t see him being relevant in music in the 2020s. I believe his final album this decade will be released sometime in late 2018.October 23, 2017 at 7:11 am #1202245782
With the right producers, sure.
I’m not the biggest Justin Bieber fan but you would be a fool to think he won’t have continued success.
He was going to embark on a stadium leg for his tour before cancelling! Not too many artists of this generation can say that (with the exception of Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Coldplay, or One Direction).
His albums and singles debut at #1. Even when he treats his audience like crap they still purchase anything he releases.
Plus, he’s only 23 years old. He hasn’t even reached his grown man phase yet. Give him some time.October 23, 2017 at 1:37 pm #1202246169
Bieber never has, nor ever will, make a good album.October 23, 2017 at 6:55 pm #1202246366
He’s not the one making those albums anyway. He’s just connected to the right people and a long as those people keep being good, he’ll deliver good music. Or at least music that debuts at #1. Purpose (and its hit singles) is an album that can be easily duplicated by these producers. All he needs to do is show up and behave.October 23, 2017 at 7:14 pm #1202246389
None of his music has ever been good. Not one song.October 23, 2017 at 10:55 pm #1202246550
Who cares.October 24, 2017 at 11:49 am #1202247104
<p style=”text-align: left;”>I know Purpose has been one of the most succesful albums in history (for me the most), but believe in me, he will, i thank that we couldnt do anything better than Believe, and he made Purpose. He is 23, for exaple Godhanna hasnt flopped yet with 8 albums! He is becaming very strong ik the charts too.</p>
By the way, maybe the Religion…could make him not promocionate anything. Remember the 0 promotion of Friends, 2U and the Remix, and all of them were success. He doesnt seem to be focused on going to awards ceeemonyd since he said that awards are irrelevant, so he isnt promocioning his music… It could affect.October 24, 2017 at 4:39 pm #1202247254
I’m NOT a Justin Bieber’s fan, but even I must admit that he has done some decent songs and Love Yourself is actually a good song.
P.S. I agree with circa 1993October 25, 2017 at 11:01 am #1202247962
First of all, I don’t worship Bieber but I do respect him. I used to hate on him just like Meyer. The success of his album and the songs that followed proved that he’s one not to be underestimated. I never thought that the boy would be such a hit maker. Purpose is a decent record. If he got rid of the filler, then it would have been a perfect album for him. I don’t think he’ll be as successful once we reach the 2020s. They’ll be newer artists taking their place. It happened to Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, etc. I’m not saying that he won’t have success, he just won’t be as successful as the new generation of artists emerge. It’s already starting for Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.January 29, 2018 at 8:52 am #1202482660
I think he will.
