If Daniel Day-Lewis wins the Lead Actor Oscar this year, he will become the first person to ever win three times in that category.
Aside from Day-Lewis, there are currently four other living actors with two wins in the Lead Actor category.
Who do you think is most likely to become a 3-time Lead Actor Oscar winner?
Tom Hanks — he has 2 baity roles this year in Captain Phillips and Saving Mr. Banks. I’m currently predicting him to win Oscar gold for the latter.
1. Tom Hanks
2. Jack Nicholson
3. Sean Penn
4. Dustin Hoffman ( is he becoming a director now?…… he directed Quartet )
I want Tom to have 4 lol. He should have won for Cast Away imo.
Tom because he works the most. Nicholson seems like he has given up on acting and same with Hoffman but Penn has been giving bad performances in the past few years Gangster Squad, The Tree of Life, Secret Life of Walter Mitty but I really hope he returns to his greatness that he showed in Milk
