Combined Kate Hepburn’s and Liz’s 2 wins because of the uneven amount thanks to the ’68 tie.

I voted for Elizabeth Taylor for Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?….close call over Hepburn and Smith.

    #1-Elizabeth Taylor (Woolf?)
    #2-Katharine Hepburn (Winter)
    #3-Maggie Smith
    #4-Sophia Loren
#5-Anne Bancroft (deserving win, but would’ve voted for Hepburn)
#6-Julie Christie (deserving win, would also consider Andrews, Eggar, and Hartman)
#7-Barbra Streisand (should have solely been Hepburn)
#8-Julie Andrews, Mary Poppins (interesting case; iconic charming performance and I adore her…debatable, could give to Bancroft or Stanley)
#9-Patricia Neal, Hud (close call over her, Wood, and Roberts)

#10-Elizabeth Taylor (Butterfield 8…would’ve voted for Shirley MacLaine)

Having to pick between Taylor in VIRGINIA WOOLF? and Hepburn in LION IN WINTER is torture. I’ll say Hepburn simply because the LION IN WINTER is my favorite film.
