    Thoughts?

    My choice is the 1950s…with A Place in the Sun being my favorite from that decade, The Bridge on the River Kwai in 2nd and On the Waterfront being in 3rd.

    I’m going to study this for a bit before I vote. Each decade has some great winning Directors imo, with Frank Capra, John Ford dominating in the 30’s up to the present with Polanski, Eastwood, Lee.

    *It was the 70’s or 40’s for me, although it was really close with several other decades. I went with the 40’s.
