Which performance in a movie directed my Quentin Tarantino should have been nominated for an Oscar, but alas was not?

My vote goes to Uma Thurman in Kill Bill, specifically Vol. 2.

Originally, I was leaning toward Pam Grier, but I ended up going with Uma, who likely should’ve been nominated for both years (though I suppose Part 2 in particular if I had to choose).

I went with Pam Grier because that’s one of the most powerful and simply greatest kick-ass performances of a black actress I’ve EVER seen.

I went with DiCaprio for DJANGO. Love Waltz, but I still think Leo was the best player in that film. Pam Grier gets my runner-up vote.

I haven’t seen some of those movies but of the ones I have seen definitely Melanie Laurent for Inglorious Basterds she was awesome

Pam Grier, Uma Thurman (Vol. 1), Diane Kruger, Melanie Laurent, and Daryl Hannah (Vol. 2)

I voted for Melanie Laurent but Leonardo DiCaprio and the unlisted Vhing Rhames in “Pulp Fiction” also seem very deserving.

They’re all great but I went off the menu and voted for Kurt Russell in Death Proof. Here’s a guy who’s been working since before I was born and is entirely under appreciated imo. He can do comedy, drama, and action films with equal gusto. I wanted to give him props.
