“I AM big, it’s the PICTURES that got small!”

How Davis and Swanson were both nominated in the same year and NEITHER won is shameful. Maybe somehow they were too similar? Who knows, but either one of them is an excellent choice.

Definitely none of the above. My definite list (in no particular order):

    – Elisabeth Shue – leaving las vegas
    – Emily Watson – breaking the waves (this is the most painful one)
    – Bette Davis – what ever happened to baby jane
    – Annette Bening – american beauty
    – Ellen Burstyn – requien for a dream
    – Jessica Chastain – zero dark thirty

There are many others but those are the ones that still piss me off and will never ever get over, no matter who was the actual winner…

Kate Winslet should have two Oscars. Sup Actress for Iris and Actress for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Winslet earns my vote from the choices in the poll.

I love Glenn Close and Annette Bening. Bening for Kids. And I’m making Close a consecutive winner for Attraction and Liaisons.
