Same as the villain one, but who is the best of the Disney princesses?July 19, 2012 at 5:50 pm #539089
Ariel!!July 19, 2012 at 9:23 pm #539090
Aurora! for sure! Sleeping Beauty is to me the most underrated disney film ever.July 20, 2012 at 5:14 am #539091
Hear I actually could choose a couple….it is down between Aurora, Belle, and to a lesser extent, Jasmine and Ariel…and I actually enjoyed The Princess and the Frog so Tiana as well.
But it comes down to Aurora and Belle.
Sleeping Beauty is indeed one of the more underrated Disney films but it is still not one of my favorites….however Beauty and the Beast is the best animated movie they have made, imo, so that may tip the scale to Belle for me….so that is who I will vote for but Aurora is a VERY close second.July 20, 2012 at 7:45 pm #539092
I am a big fan of Disney, but Sleeping Beauty is the only one without a corrupt message for girls. And I chose her because of that. I don’t really care about the message she has just always been my favorite.July 26, 2012 at 6:52 pm #539093
Best = Belle
Most iconic = Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty (or Snow White)July 26, 2012 at 9:02 pm #539094
I agree: Aurora.July 12, 2013 at 4:20 pm #539095
Mulan was not a princess……..July 12, 2013 at 7:51 pm #539096
Best: Pocahontas, close 2nd Mulan
Most Memorable: Cinderella, close 2nd would be ArielJuly 13, 2013 at 5:03 pm #539097
The Big Bang Theory recently chimed in on this debate when on a lark Bernadette, Amy Farrah Fowler, and Penny went to Disneyland for a makeover. Each wanted to be Cinderella. It was quite clever.July 15, 2013 at 6:29 am #539098

Love that episode.July 15, 2013 at 4:52 pm #539099
My favorite one has always been Snow White.July 15, 2013 at 8:24 pm #539100
I don’t know if she counts really as princess considering the character, but Mulan is awesome and the only one in the list that doesn’t make for terrible standards for women (and I say this even though I like some of the films in the list).July 16, 2013 at 9:50 pm #539101
I don’t think Mulan is a princess either, but it seems she is always advertised and displayed as a princess with Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, and Beauty.
Anywho, I wish I can take back my vote of Ariel (She is a very bad influence to all girls). Belle is definitely my choice now. She is smart, independent, caring, loving, sacrificing, responsible, ext. She is exactly someone that people should look up to.
