I have to say: That last tribal was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever watched on TV, which is saying a lot. I think it goes to show just how hard it is for some of the people on these shows to think straight, because it seemed like a huge error in judgment for Varner to target Zeke rather than try to work with him and say, “Okay, who can we get out instead of me?” There was certainly an opportunity to spread paranoia about Debbie, who had just come to the tribe after a stint in exile where really anything could have happened, including her finding an idol. That poor judgment continued to him thinking that outing Zeke to the rest of the tribe would play in his favor. I felt worse for the betrayal than the outing even. It looked like that cut really deep.
Now we’re at the merge, which will make things pretty interesting for the first couple of votes at least. On the one hand, there’s a compulsion to get out the big threats, but if there are basically two bigger guys who seem like physical threats (Troyzan has been largely ineffective in challenges this season so I don’t consider him much of a factor in that race), the majority of people may prefer to get rid of someone else rather than them right away because at least there’s some balance there, and because the strategic players like having the physical threats as a shield for a while.April 17, 2017 at 8:22 am #1202068688
They would have to get rid of Ozzy fast if they want a chance at winning, Ozzy in the end wins hand down.

I guess its worth saying that Varner really is having a interesting time since the airing of the episode. Can’t say I feel bad though for him.April 19, 2017 at 9:58 pm #1202071378
I was finally starting to pull for Zeke, but after this week’s shenanigans I’m 100% over him. He’s gotta go!April 20, 2017 at 6:28 am #1202071661
Not sure why Hali was the one they were so concerned about but kinda hysterical at the same time. Now Ozzy…. glad they got him out. As for Zeke and that oddness, it makes me want to see him get eliminated but Andrea annoyed me as well.April 21, 2017 at 9:37 am #1202072727
After this week’s episode, and that insane Tribal where Malcolm was voted out, I really love Hali, so I’m sad she’s out. But I guess I’d be sadder if Michaela were out, so it works for now. Sierra being in charge is kind of funny because I don’t think she’s quite as clever as maybe she thinks she is. She basically created the paranoia about Hali having an idol by saying how confidently she’s playing, when in fact Hali has just had nothing to lose and been on the outside of any alliance since like the first tribe swap and so has been not really giving much of a crap. Hali’s been great at Tribal Council, though, and I loved her closing video. Sierra also seemed pretty lost when Zeke told her that Cirie and Andrea were trying to get rid of her, leaving it to Debbie to have the good idea of getting rid of Ozzie now. Poor Ozzie, though it seems like pretty often if two people are in an epic immunity showdown, the one who loses gets voted out.
At the same time, I’m glad the game is really on and am enjoying watching some people do what they do. But I think Zeke has really miscalculated things. This reminds me of what he did his last time around, where it’s not enough for him to see how people are trying to control things and just subtly work within that, but instead almost has to constantly prove he’s the smartest person in the game by taking it over. He’s in the grey area between people who are already in some degree of control (Sierra, Brad, Cirie, Andrea) and people who are just going along or working in the shadows more, and is clearly trying to take control from both of the groups that have it, which seems like a bad idea. But I guess we’ll see how it works out for him. I really wanted him to get the boot after he not only did a poor job of trying to manipulate the situation but also started explaining the ways in which he is trying to manipulate people at Tribal Council. It reminded me of what Michaela did last season that got Jay and Will to want to get rid of her, except Zeke’s was much more obnoxious.April 21, 2017 at 12:53 pm #1202072952
Yeaaa for a double epsidoe .
Starting from the beginning, I’m glad they didn’t dwell to long on the aftermath of last week’s devastating tribal council and simply let Zeke tell the other tribe in a nice way. I think Debbie should have volunteered to sit out on the food because she ate a week ago with Cochra and was sad to see Tai do it. But good for him and Brad it’s always a plus to earn some brownie points; I wouldn’t have given up my shot at food lol.
Always fun to see how everyone behaves when the merge comes around. Seirra seemed like she was starting to play a good game, she has an alliance and a few people who listen to her every word . She then takes that power and uses it to try and oust the two rejects ….WTF why not woo the rejects to your side and get out a threat not in your alliance… Ozzy, Cerie , Zeke … even Andrea and Debbie were more of a threat than Michela and Hali, nobody liked either of them and they were easy easy targets . I think it was a horrible idea for her game play and I would say the same about the Cerie/Zeke/ Andrea /Michela alliance.. Why didn’t they try and oust Sierra or Brad in that first vote? Why did Cerie have Michela and Hali vote Zeke ?
That being said Hali was not a great player and didn’t really do anything remarkable, frankly she shouldn’t have even been casted for this season . I don’t even remember her on her OG season, and I watch the show religiously. I would have been more upset to see Michela get voted out but damn it would have been fun to see her mean mug everyone from the jury.
What a great moment seeing Cerie take Michela under her wing and imparting some Survivor knowledge to her. I Love Cerie and she would be my personal choice to win, she has play three times excluding this outing and one could argue she was deserving of the win in two of those three outings. I’m excited to see her make it to the merge and I want her to win.
What happened to everyone on the second epsidoe all those little groups of voters simply dissapeard and ewveryone was paranoid and anxious. I think Zeke has messed up royally and will be going home shortly because of his in ability to stick with his allianace , its to earler to flip and it wasn’t necessary . he could have easily rode to the top with Andrea, Cerie , Michela and some of the stragglers and then in top four cut Cerie and he would have been the easy winner. But instead he wants to be all chummy with Seirra and vote out Andrea and Cerie …I don’t know what he feels like he was accomplishing by being fourth in an alliance to being fourth or fifth in another alliance. Now he has just angered Andrea, Cerie and Michela so that doesn’t seem to good.
I think Brad is playing well and keeping himself in the background, he is doing a good job of letting Sierra be the bigger threat … which is insane for them to believe. But I don’t buy for a second Brad couldn’t have done a better job in both of those challenges , but when you do it makes your target look a lot bigger and Tai taking down Ozzy only moved him to the top of the threat pile. So I think well played on Brads part.
I think Tai is playing well but he has to be careful he doesn’t overplay and begin to be the paranoid player he was the first time around.
Ozzy … oh poor Ozzy … he was sunk by his arrogance and inability to see past his own amazing ness. I don’t know if Ozzy played another four times if he could make it to the end let alone ever win. He is a great person to watch and everyone roots for him but much like Colby, Malcom , Joe .. etc that curse of being pretty and good at challenges does not bring you the finale of survivor . Ozzy should have made an alliance with Sandra weeks ago and voted out smaller threats instead of two huge mouthy targets ( Sandra and Varner) he kept Debbie , Sarah and Andrea around who had zero allegiance towards him at the end and had he been able to be more strategic he could have maybe saved himself. IMO Ozzy and Zeke both made fatal game moves in the past few weeks and I fully expect Zeke to Join Ozzy quite soon.
Going forward the theme continues to be make yourself the smallest threat possible, while also playing enough game to stay around.
Cerie , Brad , Tai, Zeke, Michela and Seirra all seem to be hovering around the “ bigger” threats category
Andrea , Sarah, Aubry and Troyzan all need to up there game play or they will simply be used as pawns and goats.
At this point I don’t see how Debbie doesn’t make the top three, she is insane and would be a great person to sit with in the end… I mean who wins if its Seirra , Brad , Debbie… bam Brad …Cerie, Andrea , Debbie .. bam Cerie wins .. Sarah , tai and Debbie … Bam tai wins … I don’t think Debbie gets a single vote in any iteration of the top three. But damn I hope she does go home cause she is irritating. That being said I will give her credit. While Sierra and Zeke were busy messing shit up she was able to pick a target ( and the biggest one ) and get enough people behind her to get him out , so even though I don’t like her she made a solid game move and if she can get any votes she needs to continue to play that way …. And maybe be a little less crazy.

I think the part that gets me the most is Ozzy even when leaving was like “good luck eating”…..dude other people can fish lol. Get over yourself.April 27, 2017 at 6:18 am #1202077563
Well can’t say that I’m sad Debbie is gone lol. Next week (and this is purely based on past events this season and the preview) is looking like one of those weeks where everyone hates each other lol.April 27, 2017 at 4:29 pm #1202078199
As glad as I am that Debbie is gone, whoo-boy would I have loved to see Sierra voted out. Debbie was super annoying about the alliance this week, but Sierra’s been like that for weeks now. After her chat with Debbie, Aubry gave a quick to the camera like “OMG this bitch,” which was hilarious.
Still, I’m thrilled that what they thought was a strong six is now a fractured four. And I loved Michaela with the snack at Tribal Council! She is a hoot. It’s a little unclear to me why that whole Brad/Sierra alliance dislike her so much. “All she does is eat?” That seems ridiculous, considering they’re all starving and she hasn’t been on a reward in ages. “She has a really bad attitude.” Because she doesn’t like being under the heel of your alliance? It was shocking to me that no one picked her for their team on the reward challenge. I guess Cirie felt like she needed to get as many of Sierra and Brad’s crew as possible and Brad thinks no one likes her so why bother.
Next week should be fun with people all busted up and trying to make other arrangements. LOL, one of those weeks where everyone hates each other.April 27, 2017 at 4:30 pm #1202078201
Also, there seem to be a lot of people left with not that much time to vote them out. We’re at, what, Day 26, and there are 10 people?April 30, 2017 at 10:39 pm #1202080996
Michaela is amazing. She’s hilarious. Rooting for her bad.May 1, 2017 at 8:59 am #1202081492
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA SOO Happy Debbie is gone, what a horrid personality on the show she almost made the whole thing unwatchable, she is more irritating that Coach, Phillip and Russell .
No as far as the game goes, whew good job Cerie and company for banding together and getting her out. I don’t understand Zeke’s mentality and his not wanting to be in an alliance with them , I think he is worried that come the end he can’t win against her ( which is true , everyone will lose to Cerie). But you keep her till final four then you get rid of her and go to the final three with Sarah and Michaela which zeke could beat.
Good job on Sarah getting that clue during the challenge, good for her. I think they are giving cerie the winners edit though. I mean has jeff ever let someone finish a challenge and praise them so heavily for it ?
At this point I see Cerie , Zeke , Michaela , Andrea and Sarah running with it for abit, they have to get brad out if they wanna win, if brad wants to win he has to cause come chaos and get the Target to be even bigger and brighter on Sierra.
Ranking in likely hood of winning.

Figures the one week I don’t have Zeke rank first to be eliminated it happens lol. I’m more and more convinced as this season goes on that they are really unassuming that Cirie or Tai could be a threat or just afraid to get rid of her or Tai.May 4, 2017 at 10:38 am #1202084304
Man, I got the right eliminated person this week, but the rest of my predictions were terrible! One of these weeks I’ll get 100%.
This was probably the least exciting episode and Tribal Council of the season, but it was still a good one. I’m glad Zeke is out, but I agreed with Sarah and Michaela that it’s kind of foolish to start cannibalizing your own alliance when that’ll leave you one flip away from being on the wrong side of the numbers. And I was really surprised to see Michaela so upset about it at Tribal, even though she had to know it was coming because she also voted for Zeke. But Andrea was right that Zeke was getting ready to come after her, so it was a great move for her. People seem to be focused right now on Sierra, Brad, Andrea and Aubry. Despite Tai getting a bunch of votes from his own alliance, it doesn’t seem like anyone really wants him out, and with two idols still in his pocket, he’s looking pretty good. Cirie is apparently doing an effective job of deflecting to Andrea and Aubry rather than becoming a target herself, and Michaela seems to be looking like an attractive person to potentially take to the end all of a sudden.
