His left leg we as injured and he hopped back with his right leg. It was not fake. But nice try though 🙂August 3, 2017 at 5:20 am #1202173343
I don’t think Swing Latino routine was better than Kinjaz, I couldn’t really get into it and it didn’t show what they told Kinjaz that it need to which was emotion, so I think it was already set that they would win, and with Les I also think that injury was staged, why else would the judges be there when it happenedAugust 3, 2017 at 6:53 am #1202173392
I don’t think the injury was staged – if it ever got out that it was, Les Twins, and probably the whole World of Dance concept for that matter, would lose all credibility immediately. That being said, I have a feeling some of Les Twins’s scores were based on “potential” and “what the judges thought they would have scored had there not been an injury.”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Les Twins have been involved with controversy – remember the dancers from So You Think You Can Dance who used some of Les Twins’s moves, and they did mention this in their initial interview, but (a) that part of the interview was cut, and (b) somebody decided to replace the music they actually used with the music Les Twins normally uses, so it looked like an out-and-out move steal, and it took a full year for SYTYCD to set it straight?
When I first saw the injury, my initial reaction was that they were going to declare the other dancers the winners by default, for one of two reasons – either because somebody felt that, if Les Twins won, it would be considered rigged so the “names” would win, or so they could have somebody to watch next season. Speaking of which, do all of the “losers” get to come back next season – and if they can’t, then what’s the point?August 3, 2017 at 7:25 am #1202173417
I don’t understand Les Twins getting a better score than Keone and Mari. That was very disappointing. The skill level aside, Les Twins have reached their creative limit. Its the comparison of street entertainers and real dancers. It felt like a sympathy vote, which is unacceptable. Like many who have commented here, I hope Eva goes all the way. Keone and Mari if you are listening, please come back next season, if there is one!August 3, 2017 at 8:28 am #1202173465

I just wonder if they will let Keone and Mari back. It may be like SYTYCD, where once you reach a certain point, you can’t return – otherwise it’s going to be the same dancers over and over again.August 3, 2017 at 9:27 am #1202173531
I have been watching since episode 1 this summer, I love dance and have somewhat of a dance backround (a lifetime ago it seams!) I think that even though we have pros dancing along side the unknown talent, most people who do not follow dance do not know the difference. I saw Les Twins on YouTube and another dance show on tv, but knew next to nothing about them other than I loved their dancing. Same thing with Fik-Shun I think as we get into more seasons, more unknowns will hit the stage a become knowns! I am also watching “so you think you can dance” and was pleased to see Fik-Shun on that show. I can’t get enough of today’s amazing choreography…I have imagined these moves in my head for years now and I am so happy to see them performed by the likes of jabberwockeez and others. And, since we are talking about pro vs. amateur, jabberwockeez DID get knocked out of the running, and they are something the gold standard today. I am so glad I have YouTube and the better tv dance shows to watch besides ‘dance moms’! I love the kids, but the crazy adults I can do without. I really loved watching both Diana Pombo and Eva Igo dance their hearts out! They were both unknowns and now look! Eva does look like here feet are magnetized to the floor when she does anything requiring balance! She is so solid, I hope to see much more of her.
I don’t know how or at what point they let the ones knocked out of the competition try out again for the next season. Interested in finding out, though!August 3, 2017 at 9:29 am #1202173537
Yes Keone and Mari were mesmerizing to watch! I would love to see them have another chance!August 3, 2017 at 2:10 pm #1202173807
I am okay with anyone but Swing Latino winning. They were good but Kinjaz were betterAugust 3, 2017 at 5:07 pm #1202173962
So upset!!! ???? Swing Latino has no style, they do the same moves in every dance. Kinjaz deserve the Million!!????August 6, 2017 at 2:01 pm #1202176724
Binging the duels and will report back afterwards! Very excited!August 7, 2017 at 6:49 am #1202177303
This show is not that good. I was pissed to see keoni and mari go home…. they should have won.

Agree with posts – definitely favoritism by JLo – Kinjaz were superior to Swing Latino and I can’t believe Jlo scored Keone and Mari 9 points less than Les Twins!!! Eva Igo is the only correct winner!August 9, 2017 at 7:03 am #1202179914
Ok so I was very very happy when Swing Latino placed third…but I hated Eva’s first routine so I figured the Twins would win.August 10, 2017 at 2:07 pm #1202181509
I thought Les Twins were way overscored especially the division finals when one of them was injured. Their moves didn’t seem to transfer over on the screen or at least my TV. The judges were saying they saw things that I didn’t see. It also felt like they wanted to have a diverse group in the end with Latinos, Europeans and Americans represented. It seemed like they wanted to stay true to the name of their show instead of truly scoring them correctly.
My main problem with the show was that after they scored them the first time, the judges usually kept them in the same order through the other rounds. I was hoping that they would move around a lot and there would be more upsets based on that singular performance. Oh, and how do the Jaberwalkees get bumped off that early???
