I know they do it so they can edit and make it a short show but I really wish they did this live. I hate getting spoiled the winners non televised, it ruins the good shock factor of opening the envolope. Do they stream it live online? They should really consider doing that

I wonder if Lyonne, Aduba and Cox present together and if it means that one of them won it.

Isn’t this September both the twentieth anniversary of Friends and the tenth anniversary of the show’s end… It would be great to see all six actors get together to present at this year’s main Emmys show.

Some of these names should have been given the main show gig.

I hate when they get people who were snubbed to present. It’s pouring salt on the wound. I’m still sad for Bellamy Young.

I honestly don’t see why not – free promotion!

    • Matt LeBlanc will be there obviously because he’s nominated
    • Lisa Kudrow has The Comeback comeback soon
    • Matthew Perry has another show coming out next year
    • Courtney Cox has her game show to promote

The only ones that I don’t see any reason for coming (no promotions in television) would be Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer. But I’m sure they’re game to come out.

She has three movies, ready to open 😀

I really hope they don’t miss that opportunity! 20 years and still one of the most iconic sitcoms ever!

Maybe the cast of “FRIENDS” should present the best comedy series EMMY or best supporting actor/actress like they did so well in 2002

Yeah, I know she’s got films. How silly of me   but I was thinking more TV promotion

But let’s not forget the cast of Seinfeld, with the show being 25 this year. Jerry and Julia are up for Emmys, and I am sure Jason Alexander and Michael Richards will be willing to come out to do it.

The problem with the Emmys is they don’t really look to their history and shows of the past when choosing presenters. They always go for the same presenters – LL Cool J, Jon Hamm, Julianna Marguilles, Claire Danes, Amy Poehler – it gets kinda boring to be honest. They don’t even go for people who are actually there – like get Ty Burrell, Matt Le Blanc, Edie Falco etc. to present.
