^ If she’s competing in lead then I don’t think she can get it. If she’s in supporting then she might be a lock. I hope she does get a nomination then i’ll be the happiest man in the world!

I think she had a pretty solid chance down in supporting but I’m a bit unsure about the lead category which seems pretty stacked this year. Still, I have her in 6th for now because I am sort of predicting Grace and Frankie to flop (no idea why, just a gut feeling). In my mind Fonda and Tomlin will go the way of some of last years “locks” like Robin Williams and Michael J. Fox.

Schumer getting in would be interesting, but with the competition in Lead it’s unlikely.

    Predicted winners, as of now:

    Comedy Series: Modern Family

    Lead Actor: Jeffrey Tambor

Lead Actress: Julia Louis-Dreyfus (only loses if Lisa Kudrow gets in, and would be awesome)

    Supporting Actor: Tituss Burgess

    Supporting Actress: Allison Janney

The odds that, at least, 4 out of the 5 winners will be repeats of the last 2 years is BORESOME! I mean, we know that Parsons is always a threat, so only supporting actor is where I don’t see a repeat happening.

I’m thinking Ty Burrell for Supporting Actor, but agree with you on all the other

Jane Lynch would be such a deserving winner this year. She killed it in the final season of “Glee”. She has plenty of worthy comedic episodes to submit and unlike two years ago, this farewell nomination would be well-deserved and not based on name recognizion only.

    Glee – Possible Emmy Nominations
    Tier 1
    Directing: Paris Barclay for “2009”
    Supporting Actress: Jane Lynch
    Tier 2
    Guest Actress: Naya Rivera
    Tier 3
Writing: Ryan Murphy & Brad Falchuk & Ian Brennan for “2009”
    Supporting Actress: Dot Marie Jones
    Guest Actress: Heather Morris

Non-existent. We overestimated Kaling’s chances last year, and I’m beginning to think the same will happen to Andy Samberg this year.

Because of the category Kaling is in, Messina has better chances. I think he would be a well deserved nominee though- he is great on that show. I wish she could get in for writing or something at least.

I don’t believe Julia Louis Dreyfus will win again. Too much fresh blood this go round.

If Grace And Frankie is an amazing show maybe Fonda or Tomlin could pull a surprise. But I doubt it.

Those names alone are heavy hitters. I can see one of them snatching the gold from Julia, provided Grace & Frankie latches on with voters.

This will hopefully be Poehler’s year. Leslie and Ron is a winning episode.
