    Your predictions are basically mine.

I know that “Power” better be nominated this year.

    Empire will be win everything.

However, Aja Naomi King better fucking win Drama Supporting.

Yeah Empire will be winning everything, although Viola definitely deserves to repeat in the
    Drama  Actress category.

These nominations look spot on Cordell. I do think Survivors Remorse will show up in Actor, though. Also, Empire im sure will get plenty of love. But, I dont think HTGAWM will go home empty handed either. Should be interesting.

I was SO pleased last year when I saw Adrienne C.Moore(OITNB) got nominated. That woman is so funny and underappreciated that the fact that they embraced a no-name like her with a little fan base shows that they are actually watching the show. I’m rooting for both her and Danielle Brooks.

It is so sad that Aduba will be the only one in that cast will ever get close to those shiny prestigous awards despite doing anything(also it’s rubbish that she is competing in the lead category with 2 minute screentime per episode lol) but at least these woman can get their due here.

Ugh, I just hope they don’t name check Laverne because she’s so hot right now. She is by far the most limited cast member of the show and can’t sell any scene properly when she’s given the material. I don’t know what’s the problem with her but she just looks so unnatural when she’s trying to act.

Empire will be treated a la Olive Kitteridge at the Emmys here with Supporting Actress being the only category they will be vulnerable, but Drama, Actor, Actress, Sup.Actor, Directing, Writing is probably locked down.
It would be one thing if Viola didn’t win last year but she did. It would be really weird if she becomes a two time winner for this role while Taraji being unawarded.
    Now it’s her turn.

I feel like Gabrielle Union should finally win. Her performance in this season is better than anything that Taraji has done so far on Empire.

@cordellmartin What are your predictions for the other television categories such as Talk, Reality, Variety and News/Information? What about the category for Outstanding Host in a Talk, Variety, Reality and News/Information Series (Individual or Ensemble)?

NAACP LOVES Taraji. If Empire is winning one award it’s for Best Actress. That is signed, sealed & deliverT. I however agree that Gabrielle Union is fantastic this season in Being Mary Jane. Power will definitely make a splash too, I won’t be surprised if Hardwick wins over Howard.

I don’t think Hardwick would beat Howard. He’s too subtle. Same reason why Nicole Beharie will never win Drama actress.

If they don’t stop with the category fraud. LMFAO! Who keeps submitting Naturi Haughton in Lead Actress? She doesn’t do anything, but run up behind Ghost. Well…she tries to. She is in dire need of her own damn storyline. I mean Angela might as well be the lead.

Queen Constance deserves that win way more than Traci.

    Danielle Brooks Yaaaay!
    Laverne Cox Why? Just….why?

Empire will win everything, but Supporting Actress. I was rooting for Grace Gealey untik Cicely and Regina got into the mix.

Can they please take Uzo’s ass out of Lead Comedy Actress?

Loretta is soooo winning Comedy Actress.

Really liking these nominees. I will most definitely be tuning in.

Happy about these except Drama Supporting Actor. I get they probably wanted to spread the wealth, but Trai Byers deserved to get nominated here. I’d say Enoch & Diaz are merely fillers here.
