If The Deuce gets nominated I think it could win. SAG loves huge casts and this is the biggest cast there is. It also helps that every actor on the show is absolutely excellent.

I know this is a long shot, but I think Susan Kelechi Watson should be added to the prediction center. We saw at the Emmys that the actors really like This is Us. Watson and Ventimiglia have been highlighted by many people as the MVPs of the first few episodes of season 2. I wouldn’t predict her, but I think it’s is a possibility that she shocks us all.

Please add Noah Schnapp to the prediction center. SAG was the first significant place to nominate Millie Bobby Brown, who was hailed as the MVP of season 1. This year Schnapp is recieving that acclaim. I think he should most definitely be added.

I’m only halfway through Season 2 of Stranger Things, but Noah Schnapp is giving me serious Haley Joel Osment in Sixth Sense vibes. Him and Brown are easily the MVPs of the season so far.

He could surprise in supporting at the Emmys maybe if the Emmys are willing to embrace the second season as they did the first. But since the show isn’t brand new and it’s receiving generally less acclaim I wouldn’t count on Schnapp making into a category with 4 other actors, leading and supporting, like SAG is.

I would eat a hat if Stranger Things were to get 4 individual acting nominations in a field that nominates 10 people overall. It is too much and that is what the ensemble category is for.

Harbour might be stretch, but ST should get at least 3 individual noms

Why would Winona Ryder get in this year when she has even less material?

I actually have Ann Dowd “The Handmaid’s Tale” in 5th place instead of Winona Ryder simply because she won the Emmy category Ryder couldn’t even get nominated in. I have MBB as Stranger Things’ sole individual acting nod, and even then I have her in 4th. I do NOT think she is a lock at all.

Except just last year, when they nominated and awarded a ton of new shows, including Drama Ensemble winner Stranger Things itself.

Predicting Dowd is a reach I think because Moss will be the likely winner coming from that show. However, I agree with you on MBB being the sole nominee from Stranger Things that seems like a real possibility.
