    Renewed
    Blindspot (NBC)
    Chicago Med (NBC)
    Code Black (CBS)
    Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (CW)
    The Grinder (FOX)
    Life in Pieces (CBS)
    Limitless (CBS)
    The Muppets (ABC)
    The Player (NBC)
    Quantico (ABC)
    Scream Queens (FOX)
    Wicked City (ABC)

    Canceled
    Angel from Hell (CBS)
Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris (NBC)
    Blood and Oil (ABC)
    Dr. Ken (ABC)
    Grandfathered (FOX)
    Minority Report (FOX)
    Rosewood (FOX)
    Supergirl (CBS)
    Truth Be Told (NBC)

Dr. Ken and Truth Be Told are very early cancellation bait. They’re lucky they don’t premiere until October. Rosewood gets the axe first after only 3 episodes.

Isn’t “Best Time Ever” meant to be a limited run?

My choice for most likely to be renewed: Chicago Med (especially after the Chicago Fire / Chicago PD / Chicago Med “events” that are going to happen).  Yes, even more likely than The Muppets; I think there’s a chance that The Muppets turns into, “it was a good idea on paper, but when it hit the screen, too many people said, ‘What was that?’.”
The only problem with Chicago Med: NBC already has Night Shift.  Then again, that didn’t seem to hurt the Law & Order or NCIS franchises any.

    Renewed, in order of probability:
    The Muppets (ABC)
    Scream Queens (FOX)
    Blindspot (NBC)
    Chicago Med (NBC)
    Quantico (ABC)
    Supergirl (CBS)
    Life in Pieces (CBS)
    Code Black (CBS)
    Angel from Hell (CBS)
    Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (CW)
    Limitless (CBS)
    The Grinder (FOX)
    The Player (NBC)

    Canceled, in order of probability:
    Truth Be Told (NBC)
    Blood and Oil (ABC)
    Wicked City (ABC)
    Dr. Ken (ABC)
    Grandfathered (FOX)
    Miniority Report (FOX)
    Rosewood (FOX)

Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris (NBC) is meant to be limited I think so I’m not including it.

I think the big hits of this fall season will gonna be: Supergirl, Muppets and (maybe) Scream Queens.

I think a lot of you are underestimating Quantico. It could be the new Blacklist and surprise us all.

I think the only show that has ‘cancelled’ written all over it is Truth Be Told. Shit looks horrible. Same with Dr. Ken.

Just watched the pilot of Minority Report I don’t think it’s getting renewed.

Looks to be a pretty bad crop of new shows all around from the reviews thus far.  That said, early predictions (without seeing any shows yet) below, and will update over the next month as shows begin premiering.

    ABC

    1. The Muppets – Renewed
    2. Blood and Oil – Cancelled
    3. Quantico – Renewed
    4. Dr. Ken – Cancelled
    5. Wicked City – Cancelled

    CBS
    1. Life in Pieces – Renewed
    2. Limitless – Cancelled
    3. Code Black – Cancelled
    4. Supergirl – Renewed
    5. Angel from Hell – Cancelled

    NBC
    1. Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris – Cancelled
    2. Blindspot – Renewed
    3. The Player – Cancelled
    4. Truth Be Told – Cancelled
    5. Chicago Med – Cancelled

    FOX
    1. Minority Report – Cancelled
    2. Scream Queens – Renewed
    3. Rosewood – Cancelled
    4. Grandfathered – Renewed
    5. The Grinder – Renewed

    CW
    1. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend – Renewed

Reminder of last season’s critical highlights on MC:
American Crime 84 – Emmy Longform Sup Actress Winner
Probably only exists for awards given its awful ratings.
Jane the Virgin 80 – Globe Actress Winner
Also 17th on year-end critics’ lists, making it 3rd highest for network shows.
Blackish 77 – Emmy Actor Nominee
Fresh Off the Boat 75 – TCA Performer Nominee

Very ABC-heavy, with two of its shows being midseason.
So I suppose this fall slate is against Jane the Virgin & Blackish in quality.
