    Wow this is early.

Good predictions overall but I would add more Twin Peaks as well as The Good Fight and The Handmaidens Tale.

I had Baranski in but removed her for Gyllenhaal. The Globes love their names. I hope she could get in, she was wrongfully snubbed there for The Good Wife despite nominations for Margulies, Panjabi, Noth, Charles and Cumming.

I am pretty sure Atlanta will not be eligible. It won’t be back until 2018:

Maybe the Will & Grace revival could swoop in and win Comedy Series. I mean they never won in their original run despite 27 nominations.

Unless it’s bad W&G will pick up Series and Supporting Actor and Actress. Messing and McCormick went in and out through the years so not to sure about them Messing has a better shot well just have to see what NBC gives us

It will most likely compete in Limited Series though.

Not unless NBC petitions the academy like Netflix did with Gilmore Girls. All rivals are considered a continuation of a series and therefore in this case will compete in Best Comedy Series. Which honestly they don’t have to worry about it’s not like comedy series is stacked right now and everyone loves this series.

My understanding was that this is the same as The X Files in that it is coming back for now and they will decide later whether that is it or if it is back for good.

NBC has already confirmed it’s a ninth season of the show. They won’t bother with this limited shit that other networks are pulling. And why should they? They’re gonna be showered with Emmy nominations in comedy categories where the show belongs. Just because it’s twelve episodes doesn’t mean it’s limited, it means it’s too fucking expensive to order more episodes. But if the ratings are there I can see them ordering six more episodes to make it eighteen just like they did with This Is Us. This is one revived show that’s going to stay with us. Why? First it’s sitcom, second it’s beloved, third it’s awards magnet.

I agree if the ratings expload which i hope they do then i can totally see NBC ordering more episodes.
