Such an amazing cast I could have easily gone with Paquin, Skarsgard, Kwanten, Straten, even Dennis O’Hare and Anna Camp but Rutina Wesley gave powerful performances throughout

Skarsgard was my favorite part of the last seasons of the show for sure so I went with him. Wesley deserves her own show on HBO/Showtime/any network. She was a close second for me.

I have to pick one of the best scene-stealers I’ve ever seen, and that’s Nelsan Ellis. For a character who was initially killed off in the second book to make the impression Ellis made as Lafayette, I have to tip my invisible hat to him for that. He wasn’t given the best material near the end and was almost forgotten in the series finale (ugh), but he always made the most of his scenes. Close second would be Kristin Bauer van Straten as the glorious Pam lol. If HBO ever did a spinoff series of “True Blood,” these are the two characters I wouldn’t mind revisiting further.

Skarsgaard, for rolling with the punches better than anyone, especially in those last, agonizing moments.

This one is kinda hard because the ensemble had some really good people. I voted for Skasgard but I could have picked Elis, Braur, Paquin. Really most actors and characters had a chance to shine and the cast was always great.
