With Big Bang Theory being renewed for three more years, do you think that Parsons can do it again, or do you think that enough is enough for the actor?

Yes. He can win more than five Emmys.

He has always been the reason that I watch the show, he is just stellar in this role, and I’m glad that the Emmys recognized him for it. But enough is enough. He has consistently beaten Matt LeBlanc who is just fantastic in Episodes. But if he doesn’t get some solid competition in his tapes, then Parsons will just be the default pick.

Leblanc clearly does not know how to submit episodes well no pun intended. Each episode he submits has him coming off as an asshole

I really hope not. Its bad enough he has four for doing the exact same thing in every episode.

I think so. He’s in a privileged position with a succesful TV show, a role that voters obviously like, and weak competition. I don’t see it happening as quickly as next year (although then again, I didn’t see it happening this year either), but he will have more chances after that and I don’t see them dropping him either.

Yes, but the same could be said that Parsons always submits himself coming across as a drunk. But I agree that he needs to be much better in his submissions. Maybe if he is a little more sympathetic, but with his regular comedic timing,

Definitly and he deserves it. He is hilarious on the show.

Unfortunately, yes. As of now I think he’s winning again next year.

The show is going for at least three more seasons.  How can he not win one more?  Our best hope this year seems to be Jon Cryer for the Two and a Half Men series finale, but I doubt that he gets in.  Other people are saying Billy Crystal, but the only thing that can beat Parsons is a better broadly comedic performance and I do not see Crystal delivering that.

He can, either next year or later.  But a big part of his last two wins was a pathetic lack of serious competition, so all it would take is the right obvious choice or episode to dethrone him.

I could totally see Billy Crystal winning for his new show or Tim Robbins winning for The Brink
