We’re starting to get copies of the DVD mailers shipped to Emmy voters. Here’s the one just shipped by NBC —

There are links in the article to other ones — like Starz. I’m in NYC now, but jumping a plane to LA later today. I’m sure I’ll have a few more of these in the mail when I get back to Loopyland

Excellent! They’re submitting Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s best episode.

I don’t think the screener they sent is just the NBC network per se, but rather NBCUniversal, which also produces a share of other networks’ broadcasted shows. NBCUniversal is a huge international conglomerate, so it’s got its fingers in a lot of pies, but it’s also basically the only reason Hannibal is still airing, because the international production team is cheap, so I give it a pass.

Great episode submission for The Blacklist, and it certainly makes James Spader more competitive for a Lead Actor nomination!

Oh, I get it. Thanks for the explanation.

They chose very wisely for B99, but really dropped the ball with Parks. There were better episodes than London (I).

I was a bit surprised they sent London. It was a really good episode, but they probably should have submitted Second Chunce or Farmer’s Market to voters.

I am going to check out that episode of The Mindy Project.

If there is one episode that I expect
to show up on the series tapes, it will be “The Bet”, per Mike Schur’s recent interview with Sepinwall.

If only Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s episode mail-out had been in the predictions center.
