Some shows I stop watching because I don’t like them anymore (I recently dropped “2 Broke Girls,” whose writing has gotten too bad to compensate for the excellent lead actors). Other shows I like, but fall through the cracks while I try to keep up with shows I consider more essential.

I only made it through a couple of episodes of “Nashville,” and though it seemed like a pretty solid soap I couldn’t get into it quite fast enough.

I like Jonny Lee Miller on “Elementary” and watched a couple of episodes of that, but it’s the kind of CBS procedural where I could tune out for a year and come back without having missed anything. So I tuned out.

Probably the best show I’m not watching is “Don’t Trust the B.” I’ve liked almost everything I’ve seen from that show, but I keep forgetting it’s on. My focus on Tuesday nights is the FOX comedy lineup.

I thought “Last Resort” was a show that was living up to its potential about 40-50% of the time, and could really have been excellent if given time to grow, but when its cancellation was announced I jumped ship. Felt like a lost cause.

That’s so funny because I used to love 2 Broke Girls…and I still like the show very much…but I’ve only watched the first couple episodes this season. Maybe I’ll catch up over the summer.

Other shows I like that have fallen off my schedule: Don’t Trust the B, Happy Endings, Parks and Rec, Parenthood, SVU, The X Factor

    Me too…

Raising Hope, I kind of got bored by that last episodes I watched so I stopped, but I intend to get back at it when I start my vacations.

    Happy Endings, see Raising Hope.

Two and a Half Men, despite all my love for Jon Cryer, can’t really stand the writing nor Ashton Kutcher or the girl that plays Rose and now Miley Cyrus grrrrrrrrrrrr.. so after almost ten years I’m kind of ending this for me.

Grey’s Anatomy, I stopped watching last year, the stories were super boring and repetitive,  but I like it so much that I wanna start watching it again soon, if anyone can tell  me if will it be worth, if it has improved over this time…

How I met Your Mother, I really liked this show and I also got exausted by it with time, but the interest in knowing what’s gonna happen to the characters will pull me back in someday.

I watched the first few episodes of season one of “Happy Endings” but then just lost my way with it due to school, etc. Hoping to catch up on it soon.

Also, I have always heard good things about “Spartacus” but I haven’t had the time to catch up on it…

I also fell behind on Nashville after about episode 4. I liked it, but not as much as I wanted to. I might try and catch up before it comes back from hiatus.

At one point, I thought Community was the funniest show on TV, but I fell out of it towards the end of last season after a few mediocre episodes, and I don’t know that I will even pick it back up when it returns in the new year.

Homeland and Raising Hope are the two main ones. 30 Rock is weird. I go in and out of that show, but I always enjoy watching it. Other than that, I’m pretty diligent about my television viewing.

I’m behind on Last Resort (Episode 4) and 666 Park Avenue (Episode 6) but plan to catch up on those shows. It didn’t really help my motivation when they cancelled both shows…

OMIGOD! Miley Cyrus is the best thing to come to that show in long while. I’m only watching episodes with her. She deserves an Emmy more than Jon Cryer.

Eh…I’m not sure if you would like Grey’s Anatomy. But I’d give the first two episodes this season (and probably the season finale before those) a chance. In my opinion, these two episodes were beautifully directed.
