Mozart in the jungle was released on Friday.
I really like the season. I watch the first five episodes. I love the Venice setting. My favorite episode so far is episode five, now I will sing. Lola Kirke is the highlight of the season. It is sad that she will probably not get any awards recognition. Monica belucci is also great.
I can’t stand a third season of this disaster. I somehow managed to watch two seasons of the show, but a third would make me sick.
The third season is the best in my opinion. If you tolerated the first two seasons, you might as well watch the third. Episode 5 was a highlight for me.
Gael Garcia Bernal is a gem. Sad that he keeps getting overlooked at the Emmys.
I agree that ep 5 is the best. I think I liked the Venice arc more than the 2nd half of the season.

bernal Kirke, and the episode 5 director all deserve recognition at the Emmys.
I just finished the season and I’ve gotta say that this season is by far the best. It still has some of the same issues as it always has, but it has really picked up its game overall. Bernal was really good, as were Lola Kirke and Bernadette Peters (who would have an argument for supporting actress if this show were more popular with voters). The true standout for me, though, was Monica Bellucci. She was absolutely stunning! All of the Venice episodes were beautiful and I think I squealed a little when I saw a certain performer in episode 5.
The music was incredible as always. I always believed that this show was best when it embraced its surreal qualities, and it definitely lived up to that style this season. Anyone who fell off with this show should really give it a chance. Oh how I wish it could increase its presence at the Emmys! It really deserves it!
