A week from today we will know who will be nominated. Until then I figured this could be the thread to post final nominations predictions and commnetary. Mods, feel free to do whatever, but I figured make this a catch-all thread b/c I know I am not the only one tired of the insufferable nonsense in the genre thread.

    Anyways, floodgates opened!

But it just missed SAG ensemble and there was an Emmy casting tie last year, plus there are new shows this year.

True, but the same thing applies to The Good Wife, which will also be a much weaker show with nominations overall.

Game of Thrones will be the weaker show with cast nominations.

Lost was a genre show with a large ensemble that was snubbed after two seasons and that actually won both the casting Emmy and the SAG award.

From what I hear, it sounds like The Good Wife is more deserving, coming off of its best season ever with guest stars.  Game of Thrones added Ciarán Hinds

I have Game of Thrones in seventh position, behind Mad Men.
