Nice for the Americans and Walking Dead, would’ve replaced Transparent and Valley for Rectify and Homeland though or The Honourable Woman.

It is nice to see True Detective get left off. Top 20 worthy? Absolutley. Not top 10.

I hope these make it on some lists:
    You’re The Worst
    Bojack Horseman
    Rectify
    Shamless
    Rick & Morty
    The Knick
    The Missing

Bojack Horseman, You’re The Worst, and True Detective will all be in my top 10.  Bojack will definitely be in my top 3.

Do the mods set up some sort of system to do a users Top 20? I’d love to see that.

Nah, I recognize that the quality didn’t hold up after the time.  Still a good show, though.  And the fact I enjoyed it so thoroughly while it was airing isn’t negligible when I think about my year end list.

They never have in the past.  But we do usually do a thread where the users post their own Top 10 lists and someone (Riley, usually, I think) updates the aggregate score so we see get kind of a makeshift Gold Derby TV Board top 10 as well.

Ooh, I will definitely put together a top ten at some point in the next month.

I’m just waiting for Homeland to finish (who knew they would rebound?).

Thankfully more and more critics are waking up too. It could rank high on some of these lists.

Will be useful in December –> http://www.hitfix.com/news/tvcriticspoll

November 25th?  The Washington Post, are you serious right now?

I have not done a proper aggregate for a few years, so no promises this time.

    Predictions:

    1. Fargo
    2. The Good Wife
    3. True Detective
    4. Game of Thrones
    5. Orange is the New Black
    6. Louie
    7. The Americans
    8. Olive Kitteridge
    9. House of Cards
    10. Masters of Sex

It is fun to note that only two of the above made the aggregate top ten two years ago.

    Wow, that was early.
Any word on when the HitFix aggregate will come out?

After being number 3 against Breaking Bad, I don’t really envision GoT dropping another spot this year.
In my opinion it’s going to be something like:
    1 – True D
    2 – GoT
    3 – Fargo
    4 – Orange
    5 – Mad Men
    6 – TGW

Interstingly, Dan Fienberg and Sepinwall predicted that The Good Wife would top the Hitfix Critics Poll, and I think they’re right. TD and GoT will be high for sure, but TGW has always done surprisingly well in these polls as the consensus “best network drama”, and its buzz as still going strong this fall.

Where did they do that, in a podcast?

By the way, I’m not buying it, the support behind the show isn’t as strong as it was a year ago, and a year ago it came in 4th.

Can I ask you at which point of their -more than an hour long- podcast they mention the top 10 stuff?
