wow! I finished the whole thing. PLEASE WATCH THIS SHOW. This is what you show to someone who says that multi cam sit cons are dead. This might be the best recent multi cam on tv, which is saying a lot considering how much I love The Carmichael Show and Mom. Message to the emmy’s: DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THIS SHOW. If episodes mattered, Rita Moren could be a lock for the win. This show deserves nominations for actress, supporting actress ( for Moreno and the daughter), series, writing, directing, and everything else. What did y’all think?January 16, 2017 at 7:15 pm #1201989328
Just finished the show! Loved it everything about it. It’s critical, it’s fresh and important. WATCH, IT’S WORTH IT!January 16, 2017 at 7:20 pm #1201989333
Maybe they should cut a new trailer and show it around because that awful cliched trailer they released was full of terrible jokes and showed a very very terrible sitcom.January 16, 2017 at 8:06 pm #1201989366

yes the trailer was terrible, but everything in it worked much better in context. The show is actually stronger when it focuses on Drama instead of Comedy, but it is still very funny. Please give it a try. It is worth it.January 19, 2017 at 6:57 am #1201990737
Finished it last night and I also was impressed. At times, was it “sitcommy”? Absolutely, but I don’t mind that. I liked the throwback to 70s & 80s style shows. I know some folks on GD absolutely hate multi-cams, but I don’t, so I can look past it. I think they laid a good foundation, had solid writing, and a very talented cast. I wouldn’t be surprised if, with a proper campaign, Rita Moreno was able to sneak a supporting nom. Emmys have shown a soft spot for veterans at times, and she’d be deserving as well.April 13, 2017 at 7:13 pm #1202065933

I’ve seen this show on so many sites lately. Too anybody who knows about this stuff, how hard is Netflix pushing it? Because it looks like Netflix might really be trying. Does anybody think it’ll have a chance if it’s pushed hella hard?
I gave up hope a while ago but now it looks like it might do good.May 10, 2017 at 10:40 am #1202089149
