Hey guys I’ve got a doubt about the judging panels. I know how the voting process and all that works but in terms of who votes for it I’m not  entirely sure about how it works out. I mean how are the judging panels established? (Are the membrs who votes for the Emmys the same who voted last year or the year before or….You know where is my point right?)

From what I understand you have to win an Emmy in your respective group to vote. (Directors vote for Directors, Actors for Actors, etc). And everyone can vote for the program awards.

You do not have to win an Emmy to vote.

If you submit in the music categories, you have to serve on a panel.  Every other branch just uses volunteers.
