Hank and Supergirl are stunned after they discover who’s in the pod that came crashing to Earth. Their surprise is interrupted because almost immediately, a new threat to the world emerges in National City. Kara gets unexpected help – in the form of her cousin, Superman – to confront it. She’s thrilled to have family in town but it leaves Alex feeling a bit left out.

And I’m seeing what’s happening here; since I posted this thread, others are mostly boycotting it for reasons known only to themselves. But it only shows how pathetic you are.

Story by Andrew Kreisberg; teleplay by Eric Carrasco & Jess Kardos; directed by Kevin Smith

Kara is moved by the story of a missing woman and decides (with Mon-El’s help) to investigate despite Snapper Carr’s order to leave it alone. Good advice, as Kara and Mon-El go to the last place she was seen and are suddenly thrust through a portal to another planet where the downtrodden are sold as slaves. To make matters worse, that world has a red sun, which negates Kara and Mon-El’s powers…with no way of getting home.
