With so many series on broadcast TV, cable and the internet, it’s impossible to keep up with everything. But now that the Emmy nominations have been announced, your options have been narrowed down.
What are you planning to binge watch between now and the Emmys on September 18?August 16, 2016 at 8:54 am #1201908484
I’ve already binged Season 1 of UnREAL to catch up on that following the nominations.
I plan to finish Better Call Saul and Bloodline Season 2 before Emmys night.
Outside of that, The Americans is the only Series nominee I want to catch up with which I don’t currently watch.
American Crime Season 2 may well be on my list depending on how quick I can get through the other shows.August 16, 2016 at 9:32 am #1201908496
I don’t do that.August 16, 2016 at 10:37 am #1201908538
Orphan Black and Mr. Robot. Other than those I’ve been pretty good on keeping up with on shows this year
Give Paul Thomas Anderson an Oscar.August 16, 2016 at 10:40 am #1201908540
The only show I don’t watch that I considered watching in re: this year’s Emmy noms is “black-ish.” But season 1 isn’t on Hulu, and I don’t have the time to binge right now, so I probably won’t.August 16, 2016 at 12:33 pm #1201908606
I’m catching up on a few shows already…
I had seen all of the Best Drama nominees besides Downton and Better Call Saul. I just finished the final season of Downton (loved it) and now am just starting S2 of BSC. I am also in the midst of of Fargo.
I’d like to watch Orphan Black Season 4, American Crime Season 2, and both Confirmation/All the Way. As for comedies, I am so behind on them and know I won’t be able to catch up…still in Season 2 of Veep, Silicon Valley, and Kimmy Schmidt and I have yet to start Transparent.
And even though The Leftovers wasn’t nominated, I’m still in the middle of catching up – still in Season 1. Same with Bates Motel, I know it’s nominated but I’d definitely like to catch up.August 16, 2016 at 1:49 pm #1201908638
Need to watch Bloodline season 2 and Ray Donovan season 2 onward (two shows I thought were decidedly average and devoid of any imagination when I dropped them).August 16, 2016 at 2:07 pm #1201908649
I NEED to rewatch all of Mr. Robot Season 1. There were so many twists and turns, disappearances and reappearances of characters, I don’t think I can start watching the 2nd season without going through the 1st all over again. Such a complicated yet brilliantly told story.August 17, 2016 at 8:52 am #1201909195
I have been catching up with various shows, but my goal was to catch up with them before the nominations and I just did not have enough time.
In terms of shows that I now intend to watch the complete second seasons of just because they are unexpectedly nominated for Emmys, that would be The Affair and Bloodline.
